Extra Innings Instructors

Extra Innings offers individualized, year round professional baseball and softball instruction. Our staff uses a uniform step-by-step teaching system to encourage positive progress with all our students.

The Extra Innings staff features former and current professional players, college all-stars, and area college and high school coaches.

	Justin Knoff – Extra Innings Baseball Instructor Justin was drafted in the 30th round by the Cincinnati Reds in 2002 as a right-handed pitcher. He has been playing professionally for 7 years and most recently played for the New Haven County Cutters(06) El Paso Diablos(07) and the Sussex Skyhawks (09). He graduated from Siena College with a BA in History in 2006 and is currently pursuing a career in education. Justin is available for pitching lessons.
	Mike Seel – Extra Innings Baseball Instructor Mike is a left handed pitcher who graduated from East Brunswick High School and attended Rutgers University on a full pitching scholarship. Mike's coaching experience includes East Brunswick High School Asst. Coach, Asst. Varsity Coach Spotswood and head pitching coach Wagner College. Mike's career is comprised of over 13 years of pitching instruction. Mike is available for pitching lessons.
	Shawn Dyckman – Extra Innings Baseball Instructor Shawn played baseball at Montclair State University and Rutgers University Newark where he was the New Jersey All Conference rookie of the year. He was an All-American during his junior season. Shawn is available for hitting, fielding, and pitching lessons.
	Cal Costanzo – Extra Innings Baseball Instructor Currently a Senior catcher/first baseman at Monmouth University. Cal is available for catching, hitting, and fielding lessons.
	Vin Mazzilli – Extra Innings Baseball Instructor Cousin of former Yankee coach Lee Mazzilli. Played for Rutgers University 1993 and 1994. Vinnie is available for hitting and pitching lessons.
	JR Papernik – Speed & Agility at Extra Innings Pinnacle Sports Performance Training is now located at Extra Innings Cranbury. JR offers the latest training systems for each athlete's individual needs in the sport of their choice. Pinnacle will focus on explosive power, strength, flexibility, mental training, and injury prevention..
	Stacy Raba – Team Apparel Sales & Softball Instruction Stacy attended Kean University as a softball pitcher. Stacy's coaching experience includes the NJ Magic 14U, 3 years, North Brunswick Blast 3 years, and currently in charge of the Milltown Mayhem Organization. Stacy has 11 years of pitching and hitting instruction.
	Vicky Turi – Owner/Extra Innings Softball Instructor Vicky graduated and played softball at Rutgers University. Upon graduating Vicky played semi-pro softball for the Lynhurst A's and Ramsey Jais. Vicky is available for hitting and fielding lessons.
